When I first got my mobile 2600+, it truly sucked at anything over 2.3 Ghz - post failures and "NTLDR" file not found - regardless of vcore used. After a few months of usage, I finally got the chip stable at 2.4Ghz with vcore at 1.775v and it's been flawless ever since. My Soltek reports some really nasty cpu temps after a gaming session (in the 60s) but I haven't experienced any instability at all.

Have people experienced the same? Do chips really need to be burned-in? I'm afraid of trying to go to 2.5Ghz even though it has posted at that speed before. I can imagine what temps will be reported!
