I've sent an email to victims with a plan of action. I'll be leaving the country in 12 days, hopefully someone else will take point while I'm away as I won't get to Canada 'til August. I've offered to proofread affidavits 'til next thursday or Friday, when I ship my computer away.

I have read this thread, and have devoted 2 hours to it, and only got up to page 18. Ill have to read the rest of it some other time, because over here I can already see the sun slooooowly rising. Didn't get the actual resolution to anything since I only got up to page 18 but I hope you guys sort it all out and something happens to bring this guy down.

Got up to page 28 then jumped to every 4th page thereafter ....
the line "I am sending your money today" is becoming to be a tiring, big joke.
Yet as they say " hope springs eternal in the human breast" and he has
capitalized on this frailty to perpetuate his scams. He keeps his victims hoping,
a natural tendency vs. the prospects of a long drawn out police and legal exercise.
This is his strength.

At a minimum, this is a personality disorder, the exact term escapes me; but the
behavior pattern is classic textbook. People like this love to create controversy
and complicated schemes. They confabulate a lot .... they have to lie to feel
happy and satisfied. Unlike the regular thief or swindler who runs and hides after
a "crime" is done, this type stays on, maintains contact, must and continues to
lie, however absurd, in order to feel good. Whew !! you guys are dealing with
someone who is almost a whaco !!

I am sorry for the victims, but this guy needs real HELP and soon. The police
and jail are the last things he would need now. These types feel they are the
victims of circumstances and that they are doing their best to remedy the
unfortunate situations. They have little guilt, if any; that is why they often
would give their correct addresses if asked because they feel they have nothing
to hide; they are dealing on the level. That is also the reason why they stay around,
argue and continue to trade; or as we see it, they continue victimizing others.
What a situation !!
