    As ive said im offering a refund. So you cant say im not trying to fix this. Lay of the alcohol it does help quite a bit.

    Also forgot to add. When you made payment you said do not insure since its under $30 that way I dont have to pay any fees and make sure its a gift. I did as youve said. Honestly let me refund you ive lost to much time and money dealing with you. I lost 4 sticks of memory on top of that.

    The only service I use is Fed Ex and USPS. In this case it was shipped USPS.

    _dangtx_, be patient. I've had packages sent to Canada via standard mail take over two weeks. I have yet to lose a package but some take an extaordinarily long time to arrive. If he does refund you, and the package then arrives, I sure hope you send him money again.

    i had someone on a different forum send me a package priority mail, and they only live 2 hours driving distance from me.... it took the package over 3 weeks to get here!!! i know the guy was being honest because of the post marked date...

    Tracking numbers, delivery confirmation, and insurance are not available on international mail unless you spring for the more expensive shipping methods. I usually use Air Mail since it's cheap and fairly quick.
    Don't be asking for a tracking number because you won't get it. Just be patient and it should arrive soon.

    it might be diferent down south,but here anything insured is tracked.

    thats for initial shipment.last one he said he did,so if he backs up his words then ill keep fate ,still
    if he says he didnt insure it (last) ..well...read the pm part
