    2950.

Same specs, but this time I applied RivaTuner and unlocked 4 pipelines, one vertex shader (12p 5v total). No artifacting, which is nice. Maybe I'll try for the full 16 pipes.

3062, with 12 pipes and one more v-shader unlocked (12x1p 6vs). Artifacting like all get-out, so nevermind that.

    Is 2950 an appropiate score?

Just installed the new card (X1900GT), and ran a test before overclocking or tweaking: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=2123133

Do people not post here anymore?
New score is 7551. Same specs as the post above; I just corrected some of the BIOS settings. I'm honestly surprised it made such a difference. Even my CPU score was a few 100 higher!

Absolutely stock clocking. Those BIOS settings were just me setting PCI-E as the primary card, and opening the AGP aperture to 256. I haven't done any tweaking of clock speeds yet.

    wow with stocking.
    Well done

I was unable to run both in SLI at the oc I run a single one but 505/1330 is good I was able to do 515/1340 with one

I put in the 2nd EVGA and almost lost my 336MHz overclocking to CPU but after tweaking setup I was able to get stable at 300 2.4@2.7 the 4800+ on liquid

    I will test soon.

    Re: Post Your 3DMark05 Scores!

GcDiaz, my rig is just about identical to yours piece for piece. My 3DMark05 score with my new HIS X1900GT is 8907. And to be honest, I'm not really happy with that number as I've read people breaking the 11k barrier with this card. But maybe that's just BS. Is there a way to got to Futuremark and see what everyone with an X1900GT is getting??

I'm not running the card overclocked - I still have stock cooling so I have no plans to. This card, like all the mid-to-high-end ATI cards, runs too hot for my liking. I'm considering a TT Tidewater for it or a Zalman VF900 - not really for overclocking but simply because I don't like having "barbeques" inside my rig. Both of those coolers make a tremendous difference in load temps.

I actually tried a quickie overclock. Rivatuner seemed to be the only thing that would overclock this card -ATI Tray Tools and ATI Tool would not. Raising the core clock to 600 got me a 8997 in 3DM05. WOOHOO! I dont' use CCC because it's color profiles simply fail to work in one of my favorite games.

At the time of the test, my Venice 3500+ was at 2.4Ghz. I can run that chip at at least 2.66Ghz stable. But tweaking my cpu and Corsair XMS to run at max speed has extremely little effect on my gaming/benchmarking performance. As such I don't even really bother with overclocking them to the max. Whether I'm playing old games with eye candy cranked to the max (Ghost Recon) or new games that really crush a video card (GRAW), it all boils down to gpu power, not cpu power. BTW, when I went to 2GB of ram my memory throughput went down a lot because I lost the ability to use a command rate of 1T.

I'm using the latest Zeropoint modded drivers from driverheaven.net. Haven't tried any others. I kinda doubt that a different driver would explain the difference in our scores but it might be worth a try.

I'm using the latest bios for the Dual-Sata2 (2.20 I think). Have you figured out all the HTT settings in the Dual-Sata2 bios? Coming from a Socket A rig a few months ago, that stuff can get a bit nutty. Let me know if you find anything that affects your score and I'll do the same. I've heard that the AGP/PCI-E implementation on the Dual-Sata2 has a 5% decrease in graphics performance over other boards but I found my 6800GT AGP's 3DMark05 score (4970) to be identical on both my Athlon XP and Athlon 64 rigs.
