Hey there,

I own a 2003 Saturn VUE. The thing rides great however, the noise has gotten to the point
where all I can hear from the rear seat is my baby girl screaming. When my wife sits back
there with the little girl it makes conversations VERY difficult to hear on the highway.
My Q's are this.

1) What sound proofing material do you suggest using?
I have seen carpet insulations used, and heard that the auto stuff is a rip.

2) Where do I put it in the vehicle?
I do not want to rip the vehicle to shreds, I was figuring
a) under the hood
b) in the doors
c) in the trunk

3) How do I apply it? (IE: spray adhesive)

Thanks for any help given.
