Should I get the Zalman FanMate1 for my CPU fan??

I just got my Tornado and basically, I found out why its called a Tornado fan . The damn thing is freaking loud. The onboard CPU fan doesn't help that much in quieting it down. I can tolerate it having it sound like a 60mm fan going at its highest speed. I was wondering if the $4 fan controller is all that I need.

I might not even need it at all. All i need is just a single channel fan controller since all of my 2 other fans are hooked up to a 2channel fan controller built into the case.

Tornado's aren't really ever quiet from my understanding... they just aren't designed to be.

I would suggest splitting one of the lines of the fan controller on the case to run the tornado and one other fan. Just make sure you're not putting too much stress on the fan controller!
I keep trying to tell you guys to stay away from the tornado EARS = BLEED, after 1 day of usage. I sent my back right away when I got it, now I have a panaflo U1A, and a 1C increase in temps.

Well i really don't want to use a fan controller because then I can't close the door to my drive bays. So, if I get the panaflo U1A and I just plug it into my Epox 8RDA3+ CPU FAN plug, it won't be loud?

Right now I have a cheap 80mm fan on my SLK900A for now. I'm still going to keep the Tornado in case I need it for something else.
