Usually ram manufacturers list the timings in a standard sequence.

Also here is an excerpt from the memory FAQ in the Memory Forum sticky.

"The standard format for memory timings are most often expressed as a string of four numbers, separated by dashes, from left to right or vice-versa like this 2-2-2-5 [CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS] . These values represent how many clock cycles long each delay is but are not expressed in the order in which they occur. Different bioses will display them differently and there maybe additional options (timings) available."

Here are your timing page from the manual.
So in your bios, CAS you can see there on the first page. Three down from that is tRCD, tRAS six down, and tRP seventh.

The pdf from Mushkin on that memory spec page appears to say it is capable of 1t. But it will depend upon the cpu. So if you get instability, try setting 2t Command to Enable. There is a section there for the A8V with suggestions. Good documentation by Mushkin.

Long story short after playing with the settings it seems in auto it was already doing 1T because enabled my mb/s dropped in memtest so! =) I guess it picked it up from the SPD or something i dunno! =)
