    Custom Watercooler, need help

I decided to change my "old fashioned" air cooler with an watercooling system.
So far I have the CPU block (Antarctica), the pump (L20) and the radiator (Black Ice Pro 120mm). As you can see, all are from Asetek.
My problem is the reservoir. I don't have one and I can't get it from anywhere. So, I need some assistance in building one. If you have any simple, good ideas, please post. I'm not an ingeneer (:P) so I need the easyiest way to build one. In case you have some pictures, pls post them also.

Have you given thought to running the watercooling in a inline setup? That way you do not need a res.

Yes, but this way I can't control the water level. That's why I want the res.
I have an ideea, let's see if it will be the right choice. I'll buy a water res (the smallest I'll find) for the windscreen wiper and 2 fitings.

I think Foxx was suggesting you run a T fitting inline, with a fill/bleed tube. This gives you a way to add water to the system and for air to be bled....but without using a resevoir. You should be able to buy a barbed T-fitting at just about any hardware or plumbing store.

I found smth I can use as a res, you can see it in the picture (it was smth wrong with the date, I've took the pic 2h ago). I couldn't find a T, so I bought this for about 2$.

Here is the res I made out of a piece of 1-1/2 inch pvc pipe, a slip cap glued on the bottom, a male or terminal adapter glued on the top, a threaded cap that thread on the male adapter. I drilled the holes for my barbs, but did not try to tap them. I just used jbweld and glued them in. I put the 1/4 inch right angle barbs basically for a sight glass function to see water levels. The brackets holding it up are two pieces of 3/4 wide aluminum flat secured to the side wall of the case, and 2 pvc pipe straps.
