Best ram for 250FSB on nforce2?

I am thinking of buying 1GB of decent ram for my rig, which is currently an XP 2500 mobile at 2508 MHz.

I would really like to be able to hit 250x10 or better. Is there any ram out there (other than BH5) that can reliably manage this?

Whatever I choose, I would hope it will be good for A64 too, as I plan to upgrade to that early in 2005.

Opinions? Its been a while since I kept up-to-date on memory issues.

    Thanks

Best choice would be getting some TCCD. See the sticky, prices range from 240-280/1GB. I'd say the OCZ Rev2 is worth the extra $20 or so. They almost always have no problem running high 1T frequencies.

    Thanks Drisler.

Would you suggest the 3200 Platinum Rev 2 or the EL PC3700 Platinum - which is also TCCD I think. I note you have the PC3700.

My PC3700 uses 5ns Micron chips and is discontinued. There's another PC3700 model that uses TCCD. Get whichever is cheaper.
