These are currently in the BETA stages. Were/are you running the -advmethods flag?
Hope this helps.![]()

Yeah that flag for the beta wu's and that link helps. These are currently in the BETA stages. Were/are you running the -advmethods flag?

But
I never even knew how to get the beta wu's before you posted that. I was just going to the regular project summary page and it showed a 1308 and a 1310 that both failed on me after 70%+. I wish I would have known that they were beta's cause I spent a good 5 days messing with my rig thinking it wasn't stable. At least I booted into windows at 2800mhz and got some screenies though.

Yeah, one of the requisites for running the -advmethods flag is that you monitor the client much closer, and post in the http://forum.folding-community.org/ with any problems so they can be seen by the folks at Stanford. Those WUs run with the -advmethods flag are in the final stages of BETA work and are just prior to being released to the public at large.
There was a time when the Gromacs WUs first came out, and they, with the higher points value, were most coveted by those who were more interested in the points than turning in good WUs. It made a mess as those that screwed up, were not being reported, and it just slowed down the project as a whole.
If you're not into doing the extra homework associated with BETA work, you really ought to drop the -advmethods flag all together.
We all thank you.![]()

I did the same thing last week when I had a 1308 and a 1309 fail around the 40th frame. I was ready to chuck the whole rig and start over.

Got one now that consuming ~134 megs of ram! HUGE WU. Gonna take like 35 hours is all though.
