AAHHRRGGHHH!!! I just called my local BB and they said they had HL2 on the shelves for an hour or two before they pulled it! What is with these people. They torment me so much! I am in shock after getting all hyped up for nothing (litterally I had my car keys in hand and was almost out the door when my mom made me call first.) Just my luck... oh well I guess I'm waiting until Tuesday

Well Racer, there was a 'rumor'(can't verify authenticity) that if stores broke the release date and sold early, Valve would unlock the game. I think that is why it is such a big deal.

Some guy in Alaska out in the boonies is gonna be pissed if you need internet(assuming there is no internet in the boonies in Alaska).

The Valve is super smart they kno there will be leaks and all so they locked it so if any company broke the rules they would have no problems Valve is slick man.
