XP2100+ to XP M+ worth it?

Hi guys. Just want your opinion. What I have now is on my sig. Is it worth to upgrade to XP Mobile 2400-2600? My OC is also on the sig., so consider that, what's worth to upgrade (if any)? Or what about the Semprons, like 2800+ or 3000+? As always, thx!

I think it depends on your ram, because if it's willing the mobile will hit a nice fsb, definitely higher than the 2100.
