Need advice from the Mobile XP OCers

I want to build a second rig based on a mobile XP Barton and was wondering which is the best model to get and what mobo offers good, solid OCing? Any advice on voltages being used would also be appreciated. Thanks.

    dangtx,
Is there a guide for the two mods you mentioned? What results did you get from this combo?

    golfer,
I see in your sig that your "A" cpu OCs higher than you "I" one but I thought that the "I" revision cpus did better?

    Thanks for the feedback

Both of my (I-stepping) 35w 2400M's run happily at 11.5x220, on air. One's on an A7N8X-E Deluxe, and one's on an AN35N Ultra. In neither case do I need to exceed 1.7v, and since I'm using PC4000, there's no memory voltage mods to worry about.

the AXP 2600+ Mobile is a fantastic overclocker combined with some good memory and great cooling.

well there are many mobos to choose from. there's those shuttles, abits and dfis. just take your pick. a rock solid psu with good rails and very good copper cooler such as those from thermalright. and then you'll need some ram with tight timings (high ratings) like mushkin, ocz, etc and try to stay 512mb (2x256) and under. get pc3500
