I have the Corsair Cas2 good for 164-166 at max settings, I just ordered some Tonicom PC166, should be in today or tomorrow. It has the highest ALU I have seen to date.

Unhappy Why doesn't anyone ever mention Infineon anymore??

Infineon memory OCs extremely well, yet nobody ever mentions it anymore. In Canada, at least, it also happens to be the cheapest. You can purchase a stick of 256M Cas2 PC-133 for $88 Canadian. For comparison purposes, unbranded PC-133 memory sells for $82. For the extra $6 bucks, you get some awesome RAM.

I keep buying memory to get pass 167. Going to try some OCZ 180 next, but maybe this is the limit of this mobo. But it is much better than the KT7a Raid I justswitched from. The Abit would not go pass 148 with this same ram at cas2 or cas3.

I'd say get the OCZ pc-180......... it;s damn good stuff.........

I have some OCZ PC-150, and it's done 155 for me on a few occasions. Alot of the OCZ stuff is rated lower than it actually performs, i've heard about that on numerous occasions and witnessed it with my RAM and my CPU (duron @ 1000 that i have @ 1080)

So now OCZ has the PC-166, and the PC-180...that's all you'd really ever need until some heavy duty chipsets come out

Hey WinXP, i don't know if you noticed, but the benchmark was only at 163 Mhz, he couldn't get the motherboard to 180. Hope this helps in your score comparison.

    :o)

gl with your PC-133, that sounds like some good stuff there

WinXP........ that was me that reviewed the memory........

And the way memory works is that pretty much most memory will give teh same results at the same speeds......... but with this ram it is certain to get higher speeds...........

MrSlick--- I will not disspute that you believe this memory will go higher. I am just a little uncertain about buying more memory an being dissappointed with it. That is why I am trying to find out as much information about it before purchasing. I am a little uncertain about buying from OCZ as all the horror stories I have read from people buying from them an getting stuck with a product that will not do as stated. I am sure you doing a review on there product will be getting the best they have available.

    Winxp.......

I can personally vouch for ocz's service....... I have bought many items from them....... And know many people who have.

And while they may have had problems in the past perhaps..... its a different story now.. they offer some of the best products on the net for overclocking...... and the RAM is first rate.........

So take a chance......... go roder some ram from ocz.......... and when its as good as they say... you'll come back and thank me.
And if your dissapointed in it........ and it doesnt do those speeds...t hen heck I'll swap ram with you, hows that sound?
