    1.75 gets me around there.

Although, grats on your 243fsb with that =) Been trying to break 223 for a while now.

What stepping is that? Mines an IQYHA 0351 RPMW- the same that has his 3.2ghz several times on vapos.

    (I use an SLK-947U+tornado@5v)

I can get into Windows and take pretty pictures at 1.8 volts with 2.8 ghz of speed - but its not STABLE until I pump the voltage up. I'm sure there are better CPU's floating around - I just have yet to see one that can run like mine ON AIR.

    Im running 2.7 24/7 you're running 2.3???

Wow... making fun of me running 2.3 constantly? When you run 4 computers in the same area, you try to sleep at night with a tornado running. My room temp shoots up 4C on saturdays if all the computers are on. Doing basic programming, I have no reason to run full speed, shortening the life of it, wasting a lot of electricity, and creating a bunch of unwanted heat. Only takes 1.75Vcore to get my 2600mhz priume stable. at 2700mhz, after an hour its fine, but my PSU dips and restarts my pc. I'd say 2800mhz at 1.95 isnt gonna set records. Now, when you do 3ghz at 1.8 like someone I know did, THAT cpu may be able to set records..

Oh.. wait... Thats the one that DID.

I'm.. ON AIR too. SLK947U+tornado at 5v. 50cfm. I run 2600mhz 1.7Vcore regularly because my ambient temp is around 29-30C during the winter. I plan on getting some 10-15C temps and pumping some more voltage through it to see what it'll do, with a 430w psu.

What kind of temps are you running with that sp-97, exactly? with a room temp of 30C I have trouble running 1.85Vcore >2700mhz keeping a decent temp. you really must be running some low ambients. What speed do you run that tornado at 5v? I can do 2700mhz with it there. i can guarantee you have to bump that tornado to full speed, atleast at 1.95vcore..

I'm running a Tornado at 5 volts as well 24/7. Ambient temps around 21 C. Actually processor temp unknown but I think its around 40 idle, 47 full load. Temps make a huge difference. Granted I have not ever tried it but I bet with water my CPU could run at 2.8 24/7 and with phase change 3 gigs NP.

Can we call it a draw?

Did I not say I was going to ship it out today???

Let me tell ya - It wasn't easy explaining to the wife why I HAD to get to the post office before it closed!

I couldn't access the internet either to get the shipping info cause my GigaByte board didn't want to cooperate.

    Anyways - its shipped!
