    A64 Htt

    Sorry for a dumb question but I looked at sticky on overclocking these a64's, but not haveing one of these yet don't know some things.

    I've been used to the multiplier x fsb untill now, but how I don't quite understand this as well I know that mulitplier x HTT determines cpu speed then another multi x HTT determines some kind of bus speed this would be the one I don't know.

    Thats where I loose it a bit seeing 250x4 and so on which would be 1000HTT what is the stock HTT just need clarification on this part.

    You got one base clock. This is multiplied up for the CPU core, and independently multiplied up for the HyperTransport I/O link. From CPU core speed, clock is divided down for the RAM bus speed.
