    Wow this bios really seems to be awesome. Holy crap, why are there people running 270+ with cheapo pc3200 ram while my HyperX can't even do 205? I really got to try this bios. What is the cpc off everyone is requesting all the time? And I'm using a SATA RAID0 2x120gb array, will it be messed up if I flash this bios?

    The first D27 got my Kingston Value micron to go from 3-2-2-11 @ 223fsb to 2.5-2-2-11. Minor increase, but still one. I'm going to try the Alphas now...

    Anyone know how well these BIOSes do with 2x512 Hynix BTD43?

    Thumbs up Re: Abit NF7-S Bios & Romsip Mod by -=Merlin=-

    Great job Merlin

    The D27 TP CPC-OFF loaded pefectly well and runs stabily. A couple of options missing in the bios but nothing we can't do without

    BUT
    I lost memory bandwidth with the D27 TP CPC-OFF compared to the D26 TP 25.09 CPC-OFF

    D27 TP CPC-OFF = 3368/3099 Sandra MemBench @ 240FSB x9,5Multi CL 3,2,2,8

    D26 TP 25.09 CPC-OFF = 3546/3250 Sandra MemBench @ 240FSB x9,5Multi CL 3,2,2,8

    I tried the TP0.2 patch with the D27TP CPC-OFF Bios but it didnt increase the scores and actually made my system a little unstable. Norton Internet Security took a very long time to load and the system wouldn't shutdown from windows. Ihad to shut the power down.

    Thats the Alpha, I suppose there will be a Beta?

    Right now I'm using an ePox until hell-fire sends back my modded NF7-S, at which point I'm not sure which bios I should use... this seems to be getting good results but I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't kill my raptor.
    I have 2x512 PC3200 Mushkin BH-5, and a raptor, along with an NF7-S (vdd, vdimm, l12, vtt mods thx to hellfire), and a 2600+ Mobile IQYHA, any suggestions on which bios to use?

    well most of ya will prolly recognize me from OCFORUMS.com and some of ya won't. lol I am still looking for all the help that I can get with my rig. Right now I am at 232.7x11 (so says CPU-Z) @ 1.875 or 1.9 vcore. I have tried a few of the modded BIOS's and I think that the D25 UBER was the best for me so far but I have not tried the new D27 modded ones. Here are my rig stats:

    * Abit NF7-S 2.0
    * AMD Athlon XP-M 2500+ (232x11) 2.56Ghz @ 1.9 vcore
    D26 modded BIOS
    * 2x512 Kingston HyperX PC4000 (3-4-4-11 @ 2.9v)
    * Thermalright SLK-947U w/ 92mm Tornado fan AS5
    * BFG 6800 GT OC IS NOW HERE!!!! w00t w00t!
    * Thermaltake 480w Pure Power PSU (RAILS: 3.3v=3.444v, 5v=5.2v, 12v=12.06v checked with DMM)
    * 160GB Western Digital 8mb cache HD
    * 80GB Western Digital 8mb cache HD
    * All in a disgusting GREEN Cheiftec case (LOL)

    Whut I am looking for is the eluded 2.6Ghz mark with havin a decent temp since I do F@H. If I can get the best of both world here, meaning 2.6Ghz with a high FSB, that would be great but if I have to go one way or the other that is fine also. Thanx in advane for any help!!!

    for all those who are wanting CPC off, you do realize having a FSB @ 250 with CPC off is like having a FSB @ 220-235 CPC ON. So when you have CPC off @ 250, its realy NOT giving you 250mzh performance.
