I think it is a good idea.

Maby there can be a "Vote abstain" one where you do vote, but you dont have to vote for an acuall option

Whats tabbed browsing got to do with viewing poll results?

right now if you make a poll they only way to see the results is to 1) click view results or 2) cast a vote yourself so that everytime you come back to the tread you can see the results.

tabbed browsing would only be good if i wanted to keep that window open.

tabbed browsing would only be good if i wanted to keep that window open.

you can press the middle mouse button (mouse wheel) on the poll results, and another tab will load up, instead of loading in the same page, then you can quickly quit out, thats what i do, and i prefere the polls the way they already are, but if i was using a browser without tabs then i would like what you want wise to do
