Well Im back from Vegas and just got married. I still have not been contacted by Avengere and have not recieved the video card niether. I just filed a claim with paypal and I am preceding to press criminal charges. Mystra, please contact me with all the info you have on this guy.

So far I have reported Avengere to paypal, Comcast (his isp provider, abuse@comcast.net) the Internet Fraud department of investigations, Los angeles police department, Tacoma police department, trollhunters.com, and many more...

Its gonna be really hard for this guy to get a way with this crap. I got his name, address, phone number, where he went to school, pics of him at a lan party, confirmation that he has never even owned a x800 let alone two of them. If there is anything else you guys think I should do let me know.

I just spoke with avengere on msn messenger. He say he has a tracking number for me but he lost it. He said he will have it for us tomorrow. I explained to him what charges have been pressed against him and that I will drop all charges when the video card or money is returned to me. I have recorded all conversation with him for my records.

after checking the tracking number, it says it is not in fedex's possesion. So it seems to me that Avengere made it online but has sent it to fedex yet. Avengere, please respond. I want to see this thing in fedex possession by tomorrow.
