There is no ddr 2 with 2-2-2-7 timings. That link is jsut to mushkins homepage.
Mushkin has been out of BH-5 for a while. That has to be samsung TCCD (better in many canse than BH-5). The tRAS of 7 is also a give away, many TCCD sticks list high tRAS timings, BH-5 almost always is shown with a tRAS of 5 or 6.
I got 512MB PC2700 DDR 222 Black Hi Perf Level II- ON SALE!!! - $ 85.00
Whats the difference between TCCD and BH-5?
Is TCCD a good overclocker?

It's ok. Average OCer and average timings. I've got a 1 gig stick of it in my system (see my sig). Your stuff should do similar or slightly better.Originally Posted by tommmmy
It will generally run very high in some A64 setups. Good sticks i have seen do 290-300MHz. But of course you have your random drop-out chips that wont do more than 250. You just have to test it out. PQi and PDP make really awesome chips along with OCZ and a few other brands that use Brainpower PCB design.Originally Posted by tommmmy

It's unlikely to be either BH5 or TCCD, as those dimms are PC2700. It can be anything as a lot of PC3200 chips can run PC2700 at 2-2-2-x.
In the old days it should be BH6.
