How to change power supply fans?

How do you change the fans in the power supply?
I'm just looking for general instructions. Are the fans soldered on or is there a molex-type connector inside?

Yes and yes. Depends on the PSU. Usually there is a 2 pin connector.

The ones I've changed the wires were soldered to a little controller board , if you want the fan speed controlled by the thermal controller then splice the new fan wires to the old wires
    from the controller .
If you want the new fan to run full speed all the time , splice them to an available +12V wire inside the psu .
Look around the net , I've seen pictures of the psu fan replacement somewhere .
    nForce2 rules for the $ .
