    well, as i am still waiting.... is there anything else i can do? so far ive filed a claim with paypal and ebay, i think i froze her account on ebay but she still isnt responding.

    I'm not sure what else you can do. Atleast they are stopping her activity until this is settled. Gives me alittle faith that eBay might actually care.

    Notice she only has one pic of the processor, the back. How convenient that she has a pic of the processor, but the part number isn't shown. Yup, be kind of hard to fraud the buyer and sell it as an AR if the OPN was clearly showing it as an AP.

    I personally don't believe her, and think you're 100% right on this. Good luck with PayPal, hopefully they'll reimburse you on this.

    Who cares if she said all sales are final? You ripped you. Thats like me selling a car and saying its v6, but when they buy it the car has no engine, but it sells as a v6.
