It doesn't - if you look at WCPUID you will find that your multiplier IS 12.5, but the fsb is set to 114.

I to have an 1gig axha chip and my max speed achived is 1584 stable for about 3 hrs .. I can run it totaly stable at 1550 ish but am currently trying to get a cpu fsb of 150 stable and am running it at 143x10.5=1500 just cant seem to get the 150 fsb to run stable tho and its not my ram or cards as I can run cpu at 117X13=1523 with ram set to 158 and have it run stable [pci bus speed is 39.6 like this] all these speed are achived on defualt voltage as well ... have had a max post of 1640 but no boot at this speed.
I have found cooling to be the key
