It looks like Dual GFX Via setup is using the SLI connectors on 6600GT's . . . I wonder if nVidia would be able to sue for that. They are using a portion of a trademarked solution without acknowledging it![]()

Well nVidia charges OEMs for the right to put the SLI nametag etc on systems that are running in SLI . . . so why wouldn't they capatilize, both financially and publically, and any usage of their technology??
Maybe they are opening it up for a license use, beats me.
