    DFI nF4 builder's guide

I'd like some help in compiling information on what components each of you used in their nF4 system.
This is what I have so far and if your name is listed please check and see if the data is correct. If its incomplete then supply me with the missing information.
The more the better so if you're not on the list then post what you have and I'll add you.

    BIOS listings:

pershoot's bootable BIOS CD. If you're serious about trying different BIOS versions this CD contains them all. Just download the RAR file then use WinRAR or similar to unzip the ISO file. Now burn the ISO file to a CD with Roxio or Nero and you have a bootable CD with your choice of BIOSes.

For users recieving 'Disk Not Ready' when trying to flash with the above ISO:
    310+510-1/-2/-3:
    310+618-1/-2/-3:

Tmods-DFI-NF2-NF3-NF4 Bios Flash & Utilities CD 5.0 This is also an ISO file and has some really nice graphics. Not quite as many nF4 BIOS choices as pershoot's but lots of cool tools and diagnostic utilities.

NOTE about ISO files: Both Nero and Roxio normally open ISO files automatically if you allow ISO files to be associated with the program during the installation. If not simply right click on any ISO file and select Open With from the menu then (if its not listed) Choose Program. Then if you check "Always choose the selected program to open this kind of file" all future ISO files will open with that program when you left click on them. Then all you have to do is insert a blank CD and click Burn.

I know that this is an nF4 guide but because we occasionally get requests for info about the nF3 Ultra-D I added it.

    DFI product manuals:
You can download the full manual from the DFI website.
There is also a manual on the LanParty Utility CD.
If you try to access the CD on anything but a DFI nF4 mobo you will get a this message: "System cannot recognize the CD. Please insert the correct CD in the CD-ROM drive."
Just go to My Computer and right click the drive and select Explore. Then look for the Manuals folder and inside you'll find LP NF4.pdf.
You can copy the manual to your HD in Adobe Acrobat by clicking on the floppy icon.
