    A Superflower, I put one in my daughters rig.

    Some say they are not good, I had very good rail volt readings on hers with the VOM.

    they are fine...people get so hung up on certain brand names..specs...etc...

    i am running the bios that came with the board i got pershoots cd but havent put it iin yet i read that the 310 bios is the newest and most succesful for people i dont know what one i have honestly but there is a lot of settings and kind of overwhelming i guess i got some reading to do and some trial and error ahead of me

    i also got a 36gb raptor and a 250 gb barracuda 7200.8

    i think i will be around as i think i will have a lot of questions

    run the 310bios asap...good bios! but if it were me I would do it on a floppy..

    The CD is just another way to boot into DOS and flash. It does the same thing as the floppy except there are 30 BIOS versions to choose from. Its as safe as using the Windows installation CD.

    Figured that . So am I. I currently have 5 computers and they all have floppy drives but check out the CD when you get a chance.

    I have used the windows flash utility on my DFI board and Asus boards and no problems..................TTGI makes some great PSUs I have used them many times no complaints here..............rock solid.
