What is O-Dog having for supper tonight?

Last night was Pork Chops with sauteed onions and apple, with a side of garlic/butter green beans.
Tonight is something based on shrimp. Not sure what yet.

tonight was a smoked pork tenderloin with rice, corn and blackbean salad (had to use up the leftover cilantro!) apple sauce and bageutte

i decided to skip dinner last night. i was at a local little swim meet for the summer team (a small league mostly for little kids, but theres never enough good older kids so i help them out )


but for breakfast i had a Cascade Crash gatorade spaced out over practice from 6-8a.m. and then a bowl of frosted flakes at 11:45 after i took a nap after that god-awful practice

I think I'm going to do something with shrimp tonight... package it up in tinfoil and throw it on the grill.

Wife has been outta town for teh last 2 weeks so MMMm MMmmm good TV dinners.

Just the other night I grilled up some zucchini, onions, red peppers, squash and chicken. Marinated the chicken with a greek-style marinade then cut all the stuff up, put a tiny bit of greek salad dressing over it and tossed them together. Put the whole delicious concoction over couscous and threw some crumbled feta on top.
