    What I wonder is why this under Homeland Security and what the h*ll does Immigration and Customs Enforcement have to do with copyrights infringement?

    I thought that fell under other agencies.

    I guess ICE needs something to do since they aren't interested in doing their actual job. They'll probably just end up releasing the domain names if they aren't violent offenders. Then again, if you listen to the MPAA and RIAA, piracy is the absolute worst scourge on the planet and is the only unforgivable sin that one can commit.
