You have no idea what hardship I went through for my gaming system, it was missing only video card, but now since I can't afford to buy another one at least for another 3~4 months, the other parts have to collect dust.

Standards are higher with convictions offline than online. Online IPs and associations are used as a judge. Offline they have to have all the evidence in hand before they can charge an individual. Just having 100 claims against someone isn't enough, the fraud has to be tracked down individually to ensure it's true (you'll be surprised how many non true allegations are made after someone is fingered. This is common if there's exposure). But once everything is checked out, and a warrant issued for his arrest, then the slow wheels of justice will prevail.

Make sure to evaluate everyone before you buy/sell/trade. If someone is so cloyly and so friendly that is also a signal of something is wrong as well. Look if the guy/gal acts normal under the circumstances; that s/he has a measure of ethics; and that they explain explicitly what they're offering (pics aren't enough).

As carpenters say: measure twice, cut once.

I hope they'll nab the guy and I hope more folks will go after cheats, because even if you never traded and never dealt with a bad trader, one day you may encounter one. Often someone has to be affected to respond, but don't let your buds get taken, either.

This address is a residential one, its a very rural area adjacent to a USPS post office. When i say RURAL, i mean it. Theres chickens everywhere, and one lane roads, and old civil-war style homes.
