What you're looking for does not exist. A couple of years ago someone did this mod which I assume is what you're looking for, just premade and automated. It's a supremely cool mod, and not too terribly hard either.

yes that is pretty much what I am looking for. I built a htpc case out of wood using a full size mb, psu, etc. It measures 13.5"W X 10.5"D X 7.5"H and its really just used on my projector. I would like to have a LCD either in the side/top of the case, or one that comes out of an optical bay. The reason for this is that somtimes all I want to do is transfer files, or listen to music and I would rather not have to fire up the projector just to do that. Plus this makes the pc portable, I would just need to grab the power cord and a keyboard and I'm set. I've been thinking about putting a PSONE screen in the htpc case, thats my other idea. Not sure that I have the room for it tho. As you can imagine it is extremely cramped in the case now. If anyone happens to know the dimensions of the board behind the lcd on the psone screen that would be great. Thanks!

If you're modding your own case, maybe a in-dash single DIN motorized unit would work.

There's plenty of manufacturers of this stuff and it's all standard in-dash sizes usually. If you're not constrained by the 5.25 bays of a manufactured case, this type of solution might be the ticket.
