Most likely the OS may need to be reloaded, But I'd try the AMD cpu driver first though. I only have XP x64 which is based on one of the Server 2003 OSes, But one of what I mentioned should do the trick as the OS is not seeing more than 1 cpu(2 cores) right now.

BIOS Screenshots.... think I have a dead CPU, look at the difference in CPU temps on the next to last pic! I'll have to physically check, just gotta get some breakfast lunch eaten first!

Now You have to figure out which cpu It is.

Me I just need a bigger and heavier psu for PC4(Read a 1Kw for PC1 and then the 850w can be in PC4 instead of PC1), As this Tt Toughpower 750w psu just may not be quite good enough, As I can't run the cpu and ram quite the way I'd like as the Bios kept on resetting one of the setttings back to the default setting, Instead of booting with My ram at 2:3 or 4:5 It would reset the PCs ram to 1:1 and then boot, So I used an earlier profile to get to 4:5 w/5-5-5-15-43 timing @ 3.24GHz and this started with Me installing a sata cd-rom drive as an eide dvd rom drive makes PC4 a little less stable as It's on a Jmicron controller(ICH8 NB Chip) and others have noted that the motherboard isn't quite stable with an eide drive there.

What OS were you running on that box before the board went belly up?

Certainly try those CPU's one at a time to see if one is really dead
