    Yea,

Sweet but I have a huge server case and don't care about the look and I don't want to spend the extra money.

Sorry, not me. You guys with the clear cases go for it.

I'll drink to that. No clear side panel cases for me either. I sleep better that way

apparently there is 'slight' firmware differences between the enterprise raptor and the raptor X with the raptor X being geared more towards single user environments. I suppose we will have to wait for a comparison of the two drives side by side to see if this holds true.

I've been hoping WD would market a derivative optimised for that since their introduction.

    Re: 150 Gig Raptor Review!

When is the Raptor X to actually become available? I am seeing the regular Raptor 150GB available now online to order but I want the X version but nothing is around.

    Re: 150 Gig Raptor Review!

There's only one store I found in Canada so far that has the regular 150gb raptor (not the clear one) and it's for $364.99 (CAD) after taxes would be roughly $420. Should I get it for that price?

    Spoiler!

$300? That does not sound to bad considering I paid almost $200 for my first 36GB Rappie.
