Do they both come with all original accessories, or is the mobo just the board without backplate, etc?

Yes they all have the original accessories and the original box (kept in condition). What do you mean by the board without the backplate? Backplate of what?

The I/O backplate for the motherboard that goes around the connections in the rear of the case. Sometimes RMA boards don't come with accessories so I was just checking. I think since it has all accessories, $50 for the mobo would be a good price, maybe a bit more. For the 9800 Pro maybe $100.

Not much for that, its a fairly old board. Though they are/were great boards, a lot of earlier ones were plagued by buldging capacitors. If yours has all good caps and comes with all the accessories, I'd say $25-30 would be fair.

^^^ - agree. $20-30 is about the going rate for a used nForce2 board. Provided all the caps
    are still OK of course.
