I think you will like it, the transistion from CRT to LCD takes a few days.. for me anyway. I wasn't as happy as I thought I would be, but it was just because my eyes had different expectations, now I wonder why I waited so long. I'd buy a second one, but the Warden would have me in Solitary!

Well I spent a day and a half on a job application and then my printer balked. So I just bought what was available. I had a HP 722C and now a HP 5940. seems to work okay

I just bought a few $25 certificates for local restaurants off Restaurant.com, $5 each. Next planned purchase is 4 tires, if costco offers their $60 off 4 Tire promo again.

Scratched buying a new car. Decided it's more cost-effective to just get the tranny in my '98 Monte Carlo z34 rebuilt to racing specs. The body and interior are damned fine, and then I can get an L67 supercharged V6 or an L4 V8 dropped in when the engine craps out in a few years.

Here I go again! I just bought 2 black Motorola Razr phones from CarToys.com. The nice thing is that after rebates I'll make $100 .

UB, sorry to hear of all your Toureg troubles. I was actually gonna ask you how you liked it the other day. I saw it in the background on one of your watercooling setup photos. I was thinking in a few years it might make a good used car. I guess not! That Porsche will be way more fun to drive anyway, but better get a radar detector . I recommend the Valentine One.

Thinking about getting another Raptor X but I don't think it's worth it lol. Maybe get the Z-5500? Is that a worthy upgrade from Z-560?

Just got a gigabit network switch for my LAN, and all I can say is WOW, I wish I'd have done this sooner.

I got an X-Fi for Christmas, and i bought myself a DFI Expert motherboard and an opty to go with it. Yesterday my 7800GTX came in. I was going to go with an X1900XT but i wanted to keep noise down and have more PCI slot room. I am enjoying the new rig . Next up will be to get back into playing a bit of guitar - so i need to 'save me coins' for the axe i want.
