Can someone suggest a good PSU for me?

Alright, my PSU is a total pile of crap, so I'm looking at buying a new one. Here is what I need:

At LEAST 400w
under 70 bucks
must not be white
MUST FIT IN ASPIRE X-QPACK CASE WITH LITE-ON DVDRW.

I was looking at a 450w coolermaster with a cool blue led fan, but idk. I have a few blue, 80mm LED fans sitting around, would they work in a cheaper PSU? Thanks.

Power supplies are not the place to go cheap, you can get a number of good PSU in the $50-$75 range, don't go lower, or you'll be back here asking about another PSU!!

The Cooler Master's are black, can't say I've ever seen a white PSU.

Well, there is a window that shows it, and I don't want a big white, red, green, etc PSU in there lol. Silver or black is just fine. Here are a few I was looking at:

The seasonic and fortrons are 2 recommended psus. they are well made units better built than that aspire psu that you were looking at.

After your recomendation I went looking for something similar, found this... I see a guy has the same case as me, it fit for him. It has all the power I need, etc.. Could this be a good one?

Enermax is way better than 3 of the 4 psu's that you listed. I am not that familiar with the Cooler Master line yet. I would say to go for the Enermax, the seasonic or fortron that I listed. The decision is totally your because its your money. just remember that with a psu you don't want to be cheap with it

Well, I am looking at the Antec SMARTpower 500w now... It has everything I need, good ratings, and I can get it locally (new) for 40 bucks+tax. Good?

you do realize that Antec has been having problems with bad capacitors in thier psu;s which have been leaking. they have been using the caps made in china or tiawanese caps. I am not sure if they have switched over to Japanese made capacitors which do not have the leaking issue.

Just RMA'd my Fortron 450w which lasted 1 day. More significant was its
weight which was surprisingly light. Going back to the ePower EP-450XP which has
served me well, is heavier, and comes with sleeving.

Well, at 40 bucks I decided to take the chance, I got the antec. It's voltages are rock solid, I like it so far
