    Opteron 144 0602 "Venus"

WTF is this, crazy... this is with Twinmos Speed Premiums UTT AA4's, needed 3.6 on the vdimm. Pretty neat stuff, but this 144 scales nicely, anyone has a newer stepping? My Sapphire X850XT needed to be 600/580.

be extremely careful pumping that much vdimm in the cpu mem controller without a boost in vcore.

I just went up.25 on the vcore last night, just 30 mhz shy of 3.0... I'll try again tonight when I don't work late.

Up .25vcore? So that would be 1.65Vcore? That's probably too much and you would 'need' to run 3.2Vdimm to make sure the voltage gap between the memory controller and the rest of the CPU doesn't get too big.
