    * Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe thread *

    I figure I'll start this thread to collect all the data found on this particular motherboard. The mobo should be released at the end of May from what I've gathered. I've found a couple of pics which I will share with you right now...

    Of course I soon as I get my own I will post pics as always.

    The anandtech image won't show. I can't find it in the Cebit 2006 articles either.

    Hey, a new bandwagon to jump on! Yeah, but wait, I can't afford another system just yet. Poor me! Anyway, according to that picture, it seems like Asus is getting rid of one IDE port, probably just leaving the primary port. I guess IDE is slowly being phased out? Afterall, it exists for about two decades now, so maybe it's time to leave it behind and go with newer technology.

    I guess you cant directly link the pics. We can always steal it and post it via imageshack.
    The first pic on top is the Asus one...

    Heh. I was about to re-upload it, but it is easy enough to see there in that link.

    It's not Asus that's leaving the port out but Nvidia's chipset. It's still better than Inhell I'm mean Intel. Their next chipset will only feature SATA. It seems floppy connector will outlive IDE.

    That is too funny. I guess the floppy is going to have to live as long as there are add-on disk controller cards.
