Nice find. Seems difficult to find those below $2/GB. Still crazy expensive per GB compared to mechanical hard drives though.

Yes and it might be that way for a while but I made up my mind that I would not buy one until it got under $2/GB.

nice, they've been so cheap lately that they're hard to ignore. SLI 460's do pretty well relative to the 480 IIRC, and the setup costs less than a single 480. Nice PSU too, have one myself Cables are a bit long, but I have a skyscraper of a case in the 800D, so its good for my use.

Thats about what I paid for my Agility 2 (sandforce 1200). I've been pretty impressed with it so far, but I'd be lying if I said it was a night and day improvement. programs install faster on it, files unzip faster and things are a little snappier, etc, but I can't say I notice a revolutionary speed-up on a regular basis. Its probably because 99% of my useage is either web-browsing or gaming, and all my games are stored on a mechanical drive anyway. I'd probably notice the speed more it if it was gone though

Is this the Gigabyte you bought? Beware, people are have lots of problems with it. See the user reviews. Sounds like a bad batch of cards.

hmm might have to sell off my sli 260's and replace with sli 460's just to keep up Wondering how much I could get for them. Figure if I could get $200 or so shipped and get a pair of 460's for @ $300 or so might be worth it.

    Yup,

That would be the card, but I purchased it at amazon though.

I hope my card won't have those issues
