Oh, then just blast some holes through your floor, bang on the downstairs neighbors door, let yourself in and route the cable across their ceiling. If you're on the first floor switch the words ceiling and floor around, and replace downstairs with upstairs.

Lol I've tried pretty much every other option. Finally giving in and going to try and run the cart 5

The only thing I noticed when switching from 54G to Cat 5 with my PS3 was movies seemed to start a second or two sooner. It was able to stream HD without a problem (amazing actually) using the 54G setup.
