I put hours, but that is if it's available... I can't take a work laptop on the road with me due to security limitations of the software (Okay I can take it, I just cant access the net) and won't take my own either. So on the road or vacation like next week I can only check on some sort of guest machine and I just don't botherso I actually do go for days with reasonable frequency.

There have been days when I've gone without the internet for days when work or something more absorbing has kept me away. Usually out of town or traveling and I'm only able to get on long enough to check e-mail. I like those days, a lot.

Longest I can last is a day at work. I'm on it as soon as I get in. Definitely less than a day though.
