I read this straight away before buying my Maxtor 250gb HDD as I already bought my nForce4 board 2 months before. As of the 1st day I booted up and installed XP Pro I have had no issues everything is running smooth and the performance is excellent.
The drive is slightly noisy sometimes thou my Hitachi Deskstar 80GB drive that was in my old PC was dead quite but my Maxtor is doing great.
