There are 9 running out there atm with 2 more almost ready to go. The cabinet will max out at 12, me thinks.
    On the duallie?

Looks good, Me I'm thinking of getting a desk or some shelves for putting the PC tower cases on, About 6 cases. Mainly to get them away from the floor and some of the dust. I've got 4-92mm 142cfm fans on their way, At least they'll be in sound resistant cases after I'm done modifying a few more cases, The noisy fans are possibly going on some VIGOR GAMING Monsoon II hsf(each is equipped w/a TEC).

That there is 'Wide Angle Lens Distortion' undersea... notice how they bend 'down' in the center when the shelves are below the camera in photo left, but then bend 'up' in the center when they are above the camera in photo right...

Rigid plastic shelves like that bend only just before they fail... like seconds before 'nStuff!

    Well, for UB...

No camera trick. They are bending ever so slightly. I had the PSU's mounted in the middle at first....not the way to go!

    Re: One big case

2 Server boards ready to go in the garage! Left is a Tyan S5372 with the 51300 Xeons and an Asus K8NDL with 244 Opterons.

I mounted the exhaust fan as well, inside the cabinet. No, I'll never make it as a 'tin bender', but I managed well enough. It's on rails, so I can move it to either exhaust pie depending on where I want the heat from the case to go. Hey, soon the doors will be on this place! I have to modify the watercooling setup so it will fit differently. Pics to follow.....

    Re: One big case

Here's looking in the cabinet at the fans mounted on rails:

I am using two Delta 120x38mm FFB1212EHE fans. Specs from Sidewinder:
Specifications: 120x120x38mm, -->190.00<-- CFM @ 4000 RPM, 59.0 dBA, 24.00 watts, 2.00 amps, 12v DC, 3+4 pin Molex connectors. Power requirements of the FFB1212EHE: there is a 3.00 amp startup requirement.

    Re: One big case

Looking up from inside the cabinet, you can see better how the fans are mounted:

The hole that is plugged is the one that is for Summer. I'm not entirely pleased with the alignment as you can see, the fans are slightly off the holes, but this will do for now. The fan shroud is gasketed, so no air blows anywhere but up the vent pipe, however.

    Re: One big case

Here is an older PSU that works well as a 12V power supply. It will also serve as the 5V source for the fans that run the watercooling radiators. I also manufactured some pigtails for power switches that mount in front of the motherboard trays.
