ea link won't connect

I got my 2142 game in and wanting to try it out

with thru the sticky and set it up

but when i lauched it, it said i needed to update it

it directed me to the ea link download page, which even though the game is installed it does not show in the list of "my games"

and the ea link will not connect...been trying for 3 days..keeps saying try again later




am i doing something wrong?

NVM got it!

ea link still not connected, but dl'd the patch manually and all is working

Cool I would check to make sure you Firewall is not blocking the EA link. Although it is not really necessary as other sites always have the updates and patches.

Yeah you don't need to bother with EA link. We keep the latest patch info in this post:
