Set your memory to operate at 266/533 and try again, there's really no significant advantage to running the memory faster than 1:1, you may also want to lock your memory voltage at around 2.0v.

Pay attention in the bios screen when you are adjusting the FSB you will see the ram speed change as you change the fsb. Don't push the ram farther than it will go.

I run mine at 1:1 it shows as ddr800 with the fsb set to 400 and the cpu multi is 8

This is my brand new e6400 + P5B-E

What PCI-E bus speed should I lock it at?

    Or just leave it alone?

I Locked my PCI bus @ 33 and the PCI-E bus at 100. I don't know if the PCI-E value is right but I think it has a problem above 110

    I found the problem.

Ram clocks was set to auto...apperntly auto means (Purposely screwing you over.

So, 4-4-4-18 are my timings.... Im going to try to tighten them.. Or should i pull for a 3.2 - 3.3 ghz o'c?

No need to put too much emphasis on ram timings when starting out, find your best comfortable fsb/cpu OC and then work on tightening your ram timings afterwards.

    Follow this link http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=115217

Look at the 3rd value on the first screen shot DRAM Frequency.

As you move the fsb up (second value on the first screenshot CPU Frequency) the 3rd value will change. This based on your cpu/ram ratio. as you are moving up into the mid 300's for fsb your DRAM Frequency is probably too high causing your overclock to fail due to your ram not being able to handle that high of a frequency. I also shoot to keep my cpu/ram ratio at 1:1 and try not to have my ram clocked higher than my fsb.

Here's the screen I'm referring to. (linking frecableguy's pic)

    Hope this helps
