I have an Asus A8N-e that I'm running XP64 on, and I've installed the latest Nforce drivers for this board, and my Network device is only running at 10Mbps.
Is there a way to find the actual manufacturer for the NIC so I can try their driver?

What is it connected to. A Gigabit card is only going to run at 10 Mbps if the port on the other end will only run at 10 Mbps. Many older cable modems only ran at 10 Mbps since the service was less than 1/2 that speed.
On a side note, if you plug 2 gigabit devices into a gigabit switch that is uplinked to a 10 or 100 Mbps network, the communications between the 2 gigabit devices will remain at gigabit speeds.

And yes the motherboard is flashed to the latest BIOS, and i tried to manually configure it under the advanced tab in network connections.
And it will not connect at any speed other than 10Mbps

What kind of cable are you using? Are you sure you're using Cat6 cable?
My House is wired with Cat5e, and no I don't have a marvel connection to try.
