    Shure RMA

I just want to be sure that I understand the Shure RMA process. I have a pair of E3c headphones that have recently been dropping audio in the right earpiece and garbling audio in both earpieces.

According to Shure's FAQ, I just package up my earphones, a receipt, and the repair sheet and mail it to them. There's no need for prior RMA certification, correct?
