    Unhappy Asrock Socket A K7S41GX

A couple of months ago I purchased a new Micro ATX K7S41GX motherboard
Installed AMD 2000XP processor 2x256MB PC2100 RAM 40GB Hard Drive ATI Radeon 128MB 9500 AGP Video Display Card. 350W PSU.I ran Win XP Pro SP1A & SP2 without any problems for a while until I noticed it was starting to freeze/lock up intermittently. I thought that I would do a clean instal of the O/S but after formatting get a blue screen Stop message Driver IRQL not less or equal STOP 0XF7308F9A.I removed the Radeon AGP Card,so as to utilize the On Board Graphics but it hasnt made any difference.I have tried another Hard Drive..same result.Tried alternative memory still the same reseeted the CPU same result. Finally have tried resetting the CMOS as its refusing to boot.Great difficulty getting it to reset, despite following instructions to the letter in the manual and removing /replacing CMOS battery. Will only Reset and Post when its left for say 30 minutes, then I get a single Beep plus two Beeps.I am thinking of returning the Motherboard under warranty.Does anyone have any views on this problem before I do.?.Your help would be much appreiated

Couple of questions. Were you overclocking the board at all and have you run memtest86 to assure that it isn't a memory issue?

sounds like a Mem issue to me as well. Either your timings/voltages are off or the ram is bad.
