    Hows this for weird...

Last night was suppose to be my last night with a computer (at least until I get new parts). After I took apart everything, I decided to go get some groceries (one tomato to be exact). On my way to VONS (which is like 2 blocks, so I walked), I found a Emachine. It was just sitting on the lawn of the apt complex next to mine (this was like 10pm btw). So I took it home and hooked it up, and here I am.

    Specs (I think) -
    631mhz Celeron
    320mb memory
    Samsung 20gb hd
    Samsung DVD Drive
    Floppy

And it had XP installed. Previous owner didnt even format it. There wasnt anything important or interesting, but still, how careless is that? Anyhow, its enough to net browse and word process until I upgrade. My only gripe is that it only has 2 USB ports (I use 4 normally), and that the onboard GPU doesnt seem to support WS, so my view is all stretched. But hey, its free!

So I decided not to get a banjo. I am however, interested in getting a harmonica.

Done. Is there a way to force the onboard to display in WS? Normal stuff is alright, but pictures and videos just look weird.

check and see if there is an updated driver for the video chip, either from emachine or the chipset manufacturer (SiS, ATI, etc) or maybe the manufacturer of the board (look on the board and see if maybe you can find out what board it is and who made it)

I found a 1Ghz PIII lappy last year

As another election draws near; the G.O.P. are yet again filled with a stupid confidence that the they will win the White House. What they don't realize about people like Trump, Carson, and Cruz is that their rhetoric only resonates within an echo chamber, but not the American people. They live in an illusion of falsehood and distorted truth and only seek information and opinions that confirm these beliefs and instantly reject anything that contradicts them because only their opinions matter. Their notion of freedom is freedom for themselves and those alike to them, but not the rest of the country which has changed.
These are the reasons why the G.O.P is set to lose in 2016. And when that happens, rest assured that they will have myriad of conspiracy theories blaming everyone and everything from the liberal media, to Oprah, to welfare moms, and pretty much everyone but their own disgusting selves.

does your monitor manufacturer have a dedicated .inf driver availaible or are you stuck using the generic plug and play driver?
