I don't know of one off the top of my head, but maybe 754 would be your best bet...... Because 939 parts are very quickly becoming hard to find and if you do they are $$$

I always thought when something was discontinued it got cheaper.... but then we are the land of supply and demand.....

Agreed on the 754 front - very difficult to get a 939 uATX board with AGP even when they were still around.

ASUS have a variety of 754 uATX boards with AGP. They'll all perform pretty similarly as long as you have no plans to overclock.

asus sounds good, but i don't see any 754 asus boards with agp. here's a search of all 754 boards with agp at newegg:

any preferences out of those? i think i'm going with the venice 3200+ for the processor

I'd steer clear of the PC Chips boards, and also the ones with the SiS chipset.

Beware - some of the boards that are on that link are not uATX.

You're really looking for something with the VIA K8M800 chipset - I don't recall nVidia doing a chipset on S754 what supported AGP on a uATX board.

    This one looks pretty decent:

that was actually the one i was leaning toward. i had an msi before, it was rock solid. the ecs had more reviews, but i just don't think i can bring myself to buy an ecs. thanks.
