Damn internet connection is acting up

XP Pro
ATT/SBC DSL 1.5mps
Speedstream modem into a DLINK router, and a cable into my pc

I have had this setup for years and no problem, but here the past week or so my connection is very sporadic and sometimes I will get the page can't be displayed error and then when I refresh it will load up, other times it takes forever to load. Any ideas? I also tried a direct connection.

So it happens without the router being plugged in? Dou you have any other PC's/laptops you can try to confirm that it's not just that PC?

Have you checked with your ISP that there are no current issues with your area or service?
